Apple muffins with roasted almonds and cinnamon
Moist and fluffy – that’s how apple muffins should be! Do you agree? Then use our simple recipe with roasted almonds and cinnamon.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C top and bottom heat.
Roast the chopped almonds in a pan. Peel, core and dice the apple and sprinkle with lemon juice. Set both aside. - Mix together the ground almonds, baking powder, butter, Hermesetas, eggs and cinnamon until smooth. Fold in the apple pieces, then divide evenly between 6 muffin cases. Garnish with the roasted almonds and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden.
